- Yes. NadIA, OpenClaw, and Platform API subscriptions can be changed or cancelled whenever you like. Changes take effect immediately and any difference is prorated.
- What's the difference between NadIA, OpenClaw, and the Platform API?
- NadIA is your AI agent for research, documents, and presentations. OpenClaw is a dedicated operator that configures, deploys, and restarts your infrastructure from chat. The Platform API is a usage-metered developer API for rerank, embed, research, translate, and upload.
- What happens if I exceed my Platform API quota?
- The API returns HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) along with an alert—your service is throttled, never silently charged. You re-enable it by upgrading your plan or by purchasing overage credits, which are sold in $100 increments.
- Is there a free trial or a free tier?
- There's no time-limited trial, but the Platform API has a free Developer tier (100 reranks, 10k embeds, 10 research runs, and more each month) with no credit card required. NadIA, OpenClaw, and the Engineering Session are paid from day one.

- How does billing and payment work?
- All checkout and card processing is handled securely by Stripe—we never store your card details. NadIA, OpenClaw, and Platform API subscriptions bill monthly; Platform API usage is invoiced on the 1st of the following month with Net 30 terms.
